Papyrusutility is a very simple and easy-to-use modding tool. I really don't think there's any more complicated way to add spell casting to the game than with this awesome program. What makes it so good is that you can have multiple spells cast at the same time, you can even do up to 100 at one time. I first came across this program when I was looking for a great way to create a game mod that added spell casting and also needed some kind of script editor. I just happened to stumble upon this great little utility that has now become one of my favorite mods ever since I first used it.

The best thing about Papyrusutility - modders scripting utility functions is that you can customize it to do anything you want. If you want to create a Spell Casting mod that adds a spell called Life Tap then you simply add that to your lists you want to be able to cast. You can create a new spell that discharges a jet of fire at targets every 10 seconds, and you can even make it so that you only get the spell once you've made the required hits. There are literally hundreds of different things you can do with this amazing tool.

There's even more! If you want to have more than one spell on screen at once (for example, you want to cast a freeze spell, then a frost spell, and then another frost spell), then you can. If you want to cast a single beneficial spell that buffs all of your party members, then you can. There are practically thousands of different combinations you can come up with, and they all take just a few seconds to cast. In addition to being able to create these spells yourself, you can also combine them with other similar mods to further increase their versatility.
